About the founder
Marcel Vacilotto.
For over I have been successful in recruiting for 10 years on the road.
A few years ago, when I was faced with a major challenge for a customer in southern Germany and was asked to develop a Occupy a good dozen steles I was forced to get creative and inventive.
My journey took me to a Refugee home. On site, I spoke not only with the organization leaders, but also with numerous refugees who told me that they all want to work but are not allowed to.
Until then, I wasn't even aware of the problem that the Germany's bureaucratic jungle stands in the way of these people.
Since then, we have not only placed hundreds of refugees in jobs, but have also as a partner in organizing paperwork, administrative procedures and work permits accompanied and supported.
